Terms & Conditions of Adoption

Delivery Policy
All orders are processed the day after receipt of order. Delivery is by New Zealand post and must be signed for on delivery at destination. Delivery should be within 10 days. Currently postage costs are a flat $10 charge for any single bear and other items. Additional bears incur an additional $7 per bear

If a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you by email within 24 hours and ask for your further instructions.

Our Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We don't normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.

Export Restrictions
There are no export restrictions on any of our products anywhere in the world. Postage by air to most countries will incur a $29.50 for Postage and Handling.
